Then our MUT training is just right for you! In this training course, we combine aspects of mindful communication and self-care with the methods of action art and confront political emotions such as anger and powerlessness that many people feel in the face of political developments. We confront issues that make us feel discouraged, powerless or angry. In the next step, we use our methods to transform diffuse feelings into concrete artistic actions and interventions.
