Conflicts of various origins can put a strain on progress in the subject matter as well as on cooperation between teachers and students in an academic context. What are the causes and forms of conflict in teaching? Participants are invited to contribute their own experiences and examples of conflict from their teaching. How can I recognize these conflicts at an early stage, what role does human perception play in this? What methods of de-escalation can be used and how can I switch from a problem-oriented to a solution-oriented approach? This course aims to provide important impulses for all these questions.
