On February 6, 2023, the Görlitz project team of the TRAWOS project Elitenmonitor - Personelle Unterrepräsentation der Ostdeutschen in zentralen Führungspositionen: Temporal Development, Mechanisms, Options for Action (08/2022 - 07/2025) met with the project partners at the Humanities Center of Leipzig University to exchange ideas.

Numerous content-related and organizational points were touched on and discussed.

The focus was on reports on progress in the individual research modules, the discussion of a common, theoretical frame of reference with regard to dimensions and causes of social inequality, as well as an exchange on recruitment strategies for potential interview partners.
