Purposes of data processing

We process your personal data in order to manage and carry out your booking for courses. Data is collected and processed for the following purposes in particular:

  • Registering and managing your account in the course booking module.
  • Processing and managing your course bookings and participation.
  • Communication in connection with the booked courses (e.g. changes to course times).
  • Processing of payments

Legal basis

Data processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

We process the following categories of personal data:

  • Contact details
  • Booking data

Recipients

Your personal data may be passed on to the following recipients:

  • Payment service providers for the processing of payments.
  • IT service providers for the maintenance and servicing of the course booking module.

Storage duration

Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes. Invoice data is stored for 10 years due to statutory retention obligations.

Rights of the data subjects

Due to the anonymous nature of the evaluation, it is not possible to identify the individual questionnaire. The aggregated evaluation results can be accessed.
